Im moving into my first place that needed furniture which meant I had to buy a couch. Im admittedly very picky and knew I wanted something velvet without breaking the bank. This couch seemed even better than the $3000+ couches I was looking at considering it not only has the look, but function too with the built in storage. Upon receiving the couch (a total of 6 boxes which did get delivered in 2 separate shipments), my expectations were exceeded. This is probably the softest couch Ive ever felt and it looks like luxury. The customer service was also outstanding. One of the arm/back pieces had a slight mark on it (looked like the velvet had probably just gotten scrunched from shipping), so I reached out to see if they had any suggestions for steaming or cleaning and they just shipped me a new piece all together. Would recommend this couch to anyone whether youre moving into your first place, or are in your family home.
