I bought this chair to use in my home office which is also in my master bedroom. I wanted it to fit the decor (which it does). But i was also hoping for something comfortable. This chair is not. The velvet is plush and soft, but there is no cushion in the seat. It's like sitting on concrete. I've thought about returning the chair but I do love how it works in the room. So it just gives me an excuse to walk away from my desk at times when my butt gets too sore. Good for looks and short sessions sitting.
Beautiful chair but not comfortable
