Recliner came in 4 pieces: the base, backrest and 2 arms. Those were easy to assemble. However, connecting the cables was fairly confusing with the limited directions. Took quite some time to get the ports working.
However, now that it is all working, it works great! The power recline is a little slow, and there is no manual option, so I am concerned about what would happen if the motor or remote dies. The vibrating works well. There is virtually no heat with the heat portion, just a little.
Having 2 remotes is slightly annoying, but I can live with that.
Overall, happy as long as it continues working! It is comfortable and fits me well. I am 59 and 240 and fit just fine, although any more height would be a problem.
