I was a bit surprised to be rather meh about this Moon Upholstered Bed with Storage when I really liked the Moon couch that I got.
This bed is attractive to look at but not quite so attractive to sleep on. I tried it out last night for the first time. I found the mattress to slop around in the space within the gray sideboards, since that left ample room for movement, and the mattress just sinks in deeply. This space and sinkage leaves an uncomfortable ee on the bed frame. You sure wouldnt want to sit on the ee of this bed for any length of time.
The bed is attractive with its grey plushy velvet covering. Its modern and has clean lines. I do like the idea of the four drawers of storage under the bed, but those drawers are made out of a cheap plastic material with runners and only one centrally located center roller wheel.
Nowhere in the description of this bed did I find it specified that the drawers are plastic. Also, the drawers do not glide in or out very easily, most likely due to the single center wheel. In fact, this single wheel is the sole support for the drawer.
The instructions to assemble the bed were simple enough, but I was surprised to find there were about 8,152 connections (maybe a bit of an overstatement). It took two experienced DIYers (us) about an hour and a half to fully assemble the bed. If you dont have a lot of assembly experience, its going to take you a bit longer, Id guess.
Overall, Im really conflicted about this bed. So much potential that could have been fixed with just an upgrade in materials and a few more supporting wheels. I wouldnt get this bed again, I think.

Attractive, but not comfortable, too much plastic
