When I ordered this through only one of the two boxes including parts needed was originally shipped. Posting didnt say anything about two boxes or if I was only buying part of the product. After following up with they sent me the rest of the pieces as soon as possible and were very easy to communicate with! My wife and I love our new bed frame. Thanks for all the help !
