This couch heralds back to the couches of the 1960s and 70s. Its a smart design and made pretty tough. It also goes together like an piece of furniture. That said, if you had to move it, it would be a BREEZE because its modular. It comes apart like a jigsaw puzzle. The fabric is a beautiful color but its cheap. Spill a drop of water and it absorbs it like a sponge and stays dark for a long time.
That said, its a return for us. The couch itself doesnt lend itself to watching TV, having long conversations or snuggling up like most couches do. Its stiff. The couch would fit someone fine around 5 tall perfect. Would be great in an office but not necessarily in a home. The buttons on the couches were not set right and were hanging out like google eyes. We had to press them in hard to get them set right. The part you sit on is not generous at all. It seems too short, so you cant lean back at all. You are at attention on this couch. Also the quality and craftsmanship of the back seat pillows was moderate at best. One was just wrinkly, the other was a little less wrinkly and the last was made properly, nice and smooth.
The couch is worth $200 on a good day and you could expect to get a year or two worth of uncomfortable seating out of it.
Built for tiny people who like to not relax.
