For the money they are decent quality and comfortable
I love these chairs for a casual dining area. They were not easy to put together until you figured it out (the instructions are not easy to understand), once you figure it out then it goes quickly.
I had one chair that has a noticeable imperfection. (See picture) The directions on the mailing label say to email them before you write a bad review. I did the same day I received them which was April 30th. It is now the 9th and I have heard nothing back. I am not unhappy with them, if there were a worse problem than an imperfection in the finish then it probably wouldn’t get taken care of. That is my assumption since I have heard nothing from the company.
