Glad it arrived 90 assembled. I followed the directions it was easy to put the legs on.
I inserted the pegs and hand tightened the screws for the legs. Do not overtighten the screws for the legs. They will rip the anchor out and you will be sorry. That goes for all self assembly furniture these days.
I put screw on sliders on the foot of each leg. Make sure to drill a pilot hole for the screw 1st or the recycled wood will split.
The lift mechanism is strong and at first there was a SPROING noise. I cured this by using a pinpoint oiler at all the pivots joints and on the end of each spring.
I have found the best way to open it is by placing my hands at the center of each end, left right, and pulling towards myself while seated. To close I hold the bottom inside of the table and push the top forward slowly. You will reach a point where it will move easy so move your hand to avoid a pinch.
Aside from that I would not get it wet or feed it after midnight.
