This chair was not bought for great lumbar support, but because it was cute and and appealed to a 10 year old girl.
Its perfect for the 10 year old. This 40 year old probably would have prioritized better back support over color and style, but as its the kid that has to sit in it for 5 hours a day 4.5 days a week for online school, she has no complaints and gives this chair a solid thumbs up.
Despite the lack of support, it was surprisingly comfortable the very brief handful of times Ive sat in it.
Assembly is super easy, and the finished product looks nice. The only true con I found was there is a piece that sits across the legs that connect to the wheels. Its not fastened down at all, and can sometimes be rattly and loud. It would be easy to remedy this on my own, however, so it almost doesnt count.
Id buy it again.
