Not easy to set up but very good once put together
UPDATE - After a lot of back and forth with customer service, the frame is now working and we have used it serval nights and really like it! The only thing I would say is if you want individual customization go with a different option. My husband doesnt want to use the foot adjustment so we dont but I think that would be comfortable. If we had gotten one that each side worked independently, we could have done that. Didnt even think about it.
ORIGINAL REVIEW - Well, it took more than the 5 minutes like they claim to set up. There was no indication what the top or bottom was on the frame which would have made things so much easier. Also seems like it should collapse in the reverse so that you can screw feet on outside and then just unfold. Instead, you have to open, stand up and screw feet in and then lay it down. We finally got everything set up and plugged in and it doesnt work so that was disappointing and means I cant actually rate its usefulness. Right now I basically have an overpriced box spring. Waiting to hear from customer support. Will update once more info available.
