Ultimately Im happy with this bed. The 1st one I ordered arrived fast but damaged. I noticed immediately that the box had crushed corners and a big gouge in it when it arrived. I hoped for the best when I unpacked it but it was damaged. I returned the damaged bed and was refunded. I ordered a 2nd bed and the box was slightly beat up but luckily the 2nd bed was not damaged. I think they should beef up the boxes packing material because no one wants to hassle with damaged goods, refunds, re-order, etc. Now for the good: the product quality seems to be good. The adjustability massage features are really nice. Time will tell how durable it is but so far, so good. I opted for the optional Guardsman 10 Year Protection Plan. The standard warranty is really limited if you read the details.
