I ordered this bed, which ships, with the desk attachment. The bed arrived with small damages, but the desk part had a big gash in it. The boxes have a paper that says to call if theres any damaged pieces, but explained that since I bought the bed from , the manufacturer cant help I have to go to . I spent over an hour on the phone with 3 different representatives over a month ago, and I still dont have the (undamaged) desk that I paid for. Buyer beware!
Update, 3 months later: did eventually send me an entire replacement bed and paid for the shipping to return the broken desk portion. They also gave me a refund because of the endless emails, phone calls, and aggravation, which won back my business. I still cant recommend the product due to the problems we had getting it in one piece, but it is holding up well and finally made things right.
Dont expect to get what you pay for!
