Received all the packages via UPS without any signs of damage. Each item was carefully, and I mean carefully, packaged and protected. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hardware was clearly labeled and every hardware piece had an extra piece. Ive never had a better experience with this type of product. Made in Indonesia. Highly recommend.
Note of caution: Do night over tighten the side rails to the headboard or footboard....
