When the product arrived from ups, the box looked like it had been thrown off a roof and ran over by traffic. Its an extremely heavy box so Im guessing they werent happy about delivering it.
Upon opening the box, everything was packaged extremely well. Unfortunately no amount of good packaging could save this from the abuse it obviously had taken. 2 of the chair backs were snapped in half. This is the point I wish I could give them 20 out of 5 stars. I went to the manufacturers website, put in the model and serial number, found the parts that I needed replaced and put in my information for shipment. At this point I was ready to pay for them if I had to just so I didnt have to go through a whole return process, but to my surprise, no questions asked my parts are on the way. (Will update if they do not arrive)
I assembled the 2 chairs that were not broken, and the table. You really arent going to find a table and chairs of this quality for any where near this price. Im stunned at the quality of this. I cant recommend this enough. BUY THIS YOU WONT REGRET IT
