UpdateDowngraded to 1 star. Been a week and no reply from seller. Arrived damaged. Cloth headboard torn at corner where box wasnt protected adequately. Have reached out to seller about a replacement so will update REthe customer service experience. The item took about 3 hrs to assemble with one person. I have concerns about the sturdiness. Rails are and get spliced together. Wood slats that supposed mattress are kept in place with plastic tabs. Drawers are only wire baskets so open to air, dust and pet fur. Would recommend some kind of liner or plastic tub to go in these. Will see how it holds up. Will probably make a better guest bed that only sees occasional use.
