I was so excited to receive my children bulk bed. But soon as I started reading the instructions to try to put the bed together thats when I noticed I was missing alot of pieces. I paid 99 for this package to be shipped so altogether I paid 498. I am so upset because Im missing pieces and I cant put my children bed together. I want a refund NOW
UPDATE: I found out that they shipped another package with the rest of the piece. However, I only had one tracking number which didnt say I had 2 packages. I finally put the beds together and side by side. We liked it but its all woods and Im pretty sure it will be easy to broke especially if the children are playing in it.
