I had a problem with one of the seat cushions. I called and told the about the problem.
They sent a new seat cushion out right away at no charge. The table and chairs were not hard to put together at all. I took my time and followed easy direction. The table and chairs look really nice in my small dining area too, fit perfect. Everyone who stops by comments on how nice it looks.
Again the response from customer service was great, compared to some of the other vendors out there.
You have to call the number on their web site, the other number does not work anymore.
