Some of the reviews made me nervous, but I am happy to say that my experience has been positive so far.
The setup was fairly straightforward, the instructions were easy to understand.
It is firm, but not hard. There is enough space for me to put my legs out without having them hang off the end of the chaise, but I am rather short (53ish).
My cat loves it, my boyfriend enjoys it, Im comfy.
Id estimate that four people and a cat or two could sit comfortably on it, especially with the ottoman.
Its a couch. It was in my budget. I recommend it!
