There are no missing parts on this couch set as other reviews have mention. Customer service stated that the item goes strict inspection before being shipped out to customers. I would gladly say that this has been one of the best seller that I have dealt with. They responded properly to my emails and solved the issue right away. I would definitely recement buying this nice seat of couch without any hesitation.
