Best to build with 2 people but one can do it This is my second frame like this from . Great fit, easy to put togther just fallow the directions, comes with wrench, great for all foam mattress, complete bed (frame and foam mattres) for under $500 to you door. Works fine and Im 6-3 and 303lbs
