Product was expensive for what it was. Bought this for teenage daughter as a Christmas present but after receiving found similar products local for $40 cheaper. With that said daughter loves it. Customer service was impeccable. We originally received a shattered mirror which they replaced immediately, no questions asked. It came within days of submitting our claim.
