Okay, bought these to free up some space in the kids' rooms....you know - because they already hide stuff under the bed to begin with. These were easy to assemble, and look good. pretty sturdy. I think they should have come with pads for the ladder, but I grabbed up some pipe insulation from Home Depot and fixed that oversight. The floor to bottom of bed clearance seems a bit short to me, but then again, I am 6'2", and it seems to work for the kids.
