Sturdy bed, well packaged with tools hardware. Directions fairly easily. Definitely need two people for assembly. Makes our bed 3ft high w the 7 foundation and thick mattress. For US, we did not have enough back support w/o foundation. Ill buy a 5 foundation to alter height but younger people would probably be fine w/o foundation. We replaced a larger bed frame w footboard that took up too much space. This gives us an extra few inches clearance on each side! Great bed. Excellent company. This is our 2nd frame from them. Very happy!
