I loveee this bed! I especially loveee that the slats were all together and you just sort of roll them out on the frame. My last bed, you had to put the slats in individually, which took a good deal of time, and a bit of frustration. It was fairly easy to put together, although I did have help from my oldest daughter. I loveee the dark color, and it looks great in my room. I have wanted a new bed for quite some time as a few of the slats on my old bed broke, making my old mattress sink in some places. The headboard/frame is very sturdy as well, and now I can sit up in bed propped against my pillows if I likeee. Read the directions carefully when you put it together.
