Arrived at 7am on the day it was supposed to come (a Sunday!) and box was in great shape. Packed really well. No chips or scratches anywhere. Surprisingly easy to follow, numbered instructions. Went together in under an hour with two people. Whoever thought of the velcro on the bed slats is a genius! no clanking or sliding wood! Looks great in the room, super sturdy and I loveee that you do not need a box spring with it!
