Pros: Great customer service! Replied to me within a day and were very understanding and helpful. Great product for sure! Worth the money! Easy to assemble and heavy duty!
Cons: Came slightly dinged up after long journey, I recommended they use bubble wrap to package it to keep metal from hitting metal and they were thankful for the input.
Hopefully they will listen because besides that is is an aming sturdy product for the price. Have it holding up a very heavy 14in memory foam mattress with no box spring no problem with me and my husband.
