    Great Chairs, Frustrating Maintenance

We have purchased a total of six of these chairs. We initially bought 4, and liked them enough as our everyday dinning chairs that we purchased an additional set for guests. Overall, these are great chairs, with a single flaw. Below are the highlights: What We Love: 1. Easy to assemble (especially if you have a socket set) 2. Incredibly comfortable 3. Easy to clean and do not collect finger-food prints (with two little ones, this is IMPORTANT). They also aren't staticy, so they don't collect dog hair lint, etc. like some other plastic chairs we've owned. 4. Durable (two little ones, enough said) 5. Stable (one little one climber, other little one jumper; chairs have yet to fall over) What We Don't Like 1. Bolts holding the legs onto the chairs -- this is a terrible idea, putting threaded fasteners into plastic bosses on parts that will move every time you sit on the chair. The bolts back out of the holes VERY quickly and require constant re-tightening. I used thread-lock, which helped, but I think it will require super glue to fix the problem. Recommendation for Urban Mod-- Please use metal inserts in the chairs so that the bolts will STAY IN PLACE once assembled. Feel free to increase the cost of the chairs in order to do this, it WILL be worth it.
