    cracked seat, company not honoring warranty

    As some others have mentioned, the seat on these chairs has cracked less than a year since owning them with regular use for maybe 2 meals/day, with average weight people using them. I reached out to the company nearly 2 months ago about a replacement chair or parts because the chairs are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. They responded quickly saying they'd send a replacement seat asap and even passed on the tracking info. Over a month later the tracking info still says pending and they're no longer responding to my messages. So now I have 1 broken chair and am stuck waiting and hoping they do the right thing, having to buy a replacement chair (assuming it'll crack again), or just getting rid of these chairs and buying new ones. Really disappointing.
