Its firm but comfortable and the material is soft and light pink. There was no smell at all and there was only one small black mark on the fabric this my stain remover spray removed in seconds and It didnt mess up the fabric at all. Its perfect! The bed is nice too and the couch reclines! I got the matching chair and love the set! Very happy with my purchase
