I was pleasantly surprised when I received this product. We have four other similarly styled chairs, all real and each costing in excess of 1,000. While it is true that one gets what one pays for, I believe in this instance we got a little bit more. As this is only being used as an informal TV chair in a bedroom, it suits our needs perfectly. I dont care if its p. Its comfortable and operates as advertized, just not as smoothly as more robust (and expensive) models.
Assembly was relatively easy and the tools required were included in the package. It takes about an hour.
