We purchased this bunk bed for our 10 year old and 8 year old boys. I love the style and head room for the person sleeping on the bottom. The package arrived damage which UPS took responsibility for. One piece was bent and the ladder rails were missing from the box, possibly from shipping. I went to the Walker Edison web site and filled out a form to receive replacement parts and within a week they were at my door step. Great customer serve! The beds are solid and the boys are happy.
