I bought the bed because I didnt want to spend an outrageous amount of money for the guest bedroom bed. Nervous of course I built the first piece in step one and it was broken, go figure! After contacting the seller they sent me a WHOLE new bed no questions asked without even having to send the old one back. Well I built the new one and its the best, even comes with wall cushions for adult activity. Just buy the damn bed and keep it simple.
