Despite some of the negative reviews regarding damage, we took a chance and ordered this table and were glad we did. It looks great in our guest bedroom and we had absolutely no problems with damage. It was also pretty easy to assemble. The previous advice regarding the assembly sequence was very helpfulassemble it upside-down starting with the top shelf, then the bottom and the middle shelf last (just dont tighten the screws all the way until all three shelves are in place). We highly recommend the productgreat value for the money!
