Major Disappointment. Less than 1 star, but have to enter that to post it seems.
Thank goodness I'm somewhat mechanically inclined. A fellow veteran / 30 year maintenance person told me, I've never seen anything like this.,. That makes two of us ! Arrived with no diagram / instructions. Perhaps 6-8 hours one day, another 3-4 the next day. Thought I had it figured out / assembled, but it did not set right / level. Bought for an elder neighbor (83YOA) coming home from hip surgery. Today - 1-1-22. Another neighbor (73 YOA) told me I had assembled it wrong. Supports should be in the middle. Nothing to go from, other than online photos, and I got it wrong. Pulled the mattress / etc., off, moved things about. Very solid now. Still missing a longer bolt needed, but have numerous shorter ones left. For the next project perhaps. lol. Years of buying things from / their affiliates, this is the first time I can say nothing positive. I'll try. It is a nice bed / I think my elder neighbor will really like it. Highly recommend if you send out some assembly required products, pieces - parts are nice, but instructions carry's a great deal of value. Nearly 50 years of trying to do things / experience is nice, but this endeavor should have never been this difficult.
