Arrive in tact but missing the drawer pulls (knobs). So not happy so far. Tried searching for help at support .com but nothing number 9 missing. I decided to put it together anyway. I found knobs in bag 1 with screws. No bag 9 but had all the parts. Be careful with screws, I used wrong ones when attaching the legs and screwed right through the pressboard, thankfully its inside where the drawers go and no one will see! Overall a very nice table and happy with purchase.
