Im pretty experienced assembling furniture and this took me about 2 hours - much longer than I expected. There are no written assembly instructions - just 22 sketches showing where each numbered piece goes. However not all the sketches are totally clear and not totally complete (1 shows where to put a runner on one side, but they assume that one understands that another runner must go on the opposite side - it isnt shown.) All the pieces are clearly labeled and all the small hardware pieces come in small labeled plastic bags.
