Easy to assemble by two teenage college boys and it's still going strong!
Two teenage boys put this together in their apartment. My son is 6 foot 5 and they have had no trouble with it so far since September. I found out they didn't bother to put the little plastic things in the holes for the slats. I'm not very happy about that, but so far it has not affected the bed in any way. They also chose to take the ladder off as it hurt their feet and they didn't need it. So bottom line. Two college baseball player boys have not broken this yet. Great price.
Update: After six months we had to tear it down to move my son and it was still going strong. I will say that if you have to take it apart, although easy, there are a billion pieces :)
