very easy to un and back up. pretty comfortable for sleeping (if you like a harder mattress). i have used it for three weeks for sleeping. a little low to the ground but thickest foam sleeper around. The only downside is that it is beginning to show imprint after three weeks of constant use. makes a great sleeper for an occasional guest.
