This product said assembly time was 40 minutes according to the instructions. It took me 20 minutes just to sort out the pieces. It also says you need a drill. You do not—unless you plan to drill it to a wall upon finishing. The actual assemble instructions are just pictures with number and letter pieces and it doesn’t tell you which way certain pieces should face and some images are hard to decipher. This desk took me HOURS to complete on my own but definitely doable as long as u have a screw driver and patience. Gold is more of a brass/muted gold than a yellow gold. For the price of it, I’d 100% buy it again.
