I received my desk and it was easy to assemble. When I put it all together however one of the drawers would not close. I contacted the company, sent pictures of the problem, and they realized that my box had a wrong piece. To fix the problem they sent me a completely new desk to make sure I had all the parts I needed and I was allowed to do what I wanted with the first one. The customer service was fantastic, the desk is gorgeous, and the assembly was easy. I’m not sure what more you could want in a company. Oh ya, after it was all resolved I received a box of Godiva chocolates in the mail for my “troubles”. Truly a fantastic company.
Defective piece? No problem!
