Bedframe was exceptionally easy to assemble, took me 45 minutes roughly. Good under bed storage too as it can easily fit suitcases and other items! Sturdiness is out of this world and has been tested by not just mine but my roommates toes. It wasn't the foot that got us but the middle support. I knocked that sucker twice and it claimed the life of my ring and lord help me my pinky toe. My roommate practically departed to heaven the moment his toes connected with not just the middle support, but the sole foot support as well. 10/5 for sturdiness, one additional star for each claimed toe. Spare pool noodles wear quickly added on the posts. Great bed frame! Highly recommended!!
