I know the reviews are extremely confusing because you have good and bad ones. Let me just speak on behalf of my experience... I bought this bed frame in a full size and its amazing. The box was extremely heavy, so if you live in a multiple story apartment or home then please get somebody to help you assist you with bring it upstairs, because I was struggling carrying it upstairs by myself. Lets get into the assembling... in my opinion, its easy to put together if you look and follow the directions. I suggest laying all the parts out organized, so it can be easy to grab. After assembly, the bed is sturdy and I can tell its going to last. As far as the box spring, you really dont need it. After putting the mattress in the frame, it sat at a decent height, but if you like your bed at a high height then I suggest you get a box spring. In summary, I would highly recommend this bed frame and its 10/10 across the board! I hope this review helps anybody whos having mixed emotions about purchasing this product.
