was easy to assemble because the drop leafs were already attached to the table top. So it came in 2 boxes the top and the base were separate. The only problem I have with it is I think it would be better to have two stabilizers under the leaf instead of one but no problems with it so far. The finish is very nice it wipes off nicely but I use place mats to keep it nice.
