Ordered two chairs and they came promptly. Well packaged to protect chairs. Easy to assemble. They are beautiful and feel good to the touch. Larger casters would help them roll easier on carpet. On one of them the back and seat separated at the back. A screw pulled out. There was a mismatch on screw hole line-up so the assembler put a sheet metal screw in a machine thread hole and of course it did not hold. Not the seller's fault and they made it good with a replacement chair. A little WD-40 on the caster shaft makes installing the casters a whole lot easier.
