I purchased this umbrella and after assembly noted that there was a few (very minor) pin holes in the fabric. I contacted by email and got an immediate reply. After sending a few pictures they shipped a whole new fabric for the umbrella (It took about 3 weeks). During this whole process they stayed on top of this minor issue keeping fully informed at all times. Ultimately I am very pleased with this product, very sturdy when purchased with the recommended stand and customer support was first class. I highly recommend this product from .
