I purchased 2 of these for my back deck, along with the suggested water weight bases. The slightest breeze causes them to flail, to the point that one of plastic arm/frame holders broke. I am very disappointed that the price doesnt match the quality! Will not recommend this product to anyone. Theyre pretty to look at and have a small footprint.the only reason for the second star.
