Great umbrella and customer service. Im amed that some get upset when a stand isnt included when the listing clearly states stand NOT INCLUDED. I guess some people just look at pictures and cant be bothered with text.
In any case, bought the stand (and a machine tool dolly to allow moving it), filled it with 100 lbs of sand and have had no issues with wind. I have another 100 lbs but havent need it it as its very stable.
Customer service is first rate. One of the spring tips came loose due to shipping but I wrote them and they sent not 1, but 2 within days. Couldnt ask for more.
