After reading the reviews, we opted for and could not be happier. It looks terrific; it easily cranks up. Its excellent. We ordered the umbrella in gray, and it goes so well with our gray/mix pavers. We ordered the base on wheels as well and glad we did so because we werent sure where we wanted to place the umbrella / / and suspected wed move it as the seasons change. We filled the base with four 60/pound bags of sand (because we didnt want to have to drain water each winter. One and done.) Obviously, the base and umbrella are secure and handle the wind just fine.
Customer service: TERRIFIC. We contacted them for some advice on the weekend, and they responded promptly. Surprising. We were having trouble opening the umbrella originally, but that was because we failed to remove protective packing INSIDE the umbrella (that one doesnt see). Customer service also helped us with our order with the base because it seemed stuck. They found the order and moved it out.
