The experience so far has been excellent. Product came very well packaged and was easy to assemble. I had some questions for the company and got an immediate reply and even a follow up late at night. Excellent service from a company that clearly cares about its customers experience. I think this product is a great value for the money. Time will tell if product will hold up to the California weather but so far so good. Looks sturdy.
