Heavy, but not super solid when actually put together. But great storage option.
Got this as a replacement for a very old Ikea wardrobe or armoire that we use in my acupuncture clinic to store supplies. The old one held all the paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, actual lab coats and other tall odds and ends. But it was definitely on it's last leg and was listing badly to one side. Looked and found this one, we liked it cause it has drawers and nice big doors as well. Which looks like it would perfectly fit in the limited space.
The box was heavy, definitely a team lift situation. The pieces were clearly marked and somewhat easy to assemble, with the drawers and doors being a bit flimsy and thin. The hardware doesn't quite fit well together, but if you really screw them on they do fit, but only with a lot of pressure and force. But it is great for what we are using it for. I wouldn't put anything heavy in the drawers as the bottoms are pretty thin and insubstantial. Weight would really make them sag, but for toilet paper it's fine so far.
But once you get it all assembled it is quite nice to look at, and looks solid. It's doors are not as thick or solid as they look, so perhaps it shouldn't be something you use everyday, as the metal bar supports to hold clothes would probably not hold up well over time. But for us, this is just right.
